Schedule Attendant Shifts in Seconds

The free tool to organize stations, manage attendants, and automatically generate shifts for circuit assemblies and regional conventions of Jehovah's Witnesses.

How it works

Create the event

Create the event — circuit assembly or regional convention — and define the stations where attendants are needed: entrances, stairs, corridors, or outdoor areas. Each station has a dedicated time slot and a minimum number of attendants.

Register attendants

Enter attendants with first name, last name, and availability. You can set specific constraints — shifts not to overlap, preferences, physical limitations — and the system will respect them during automatic generation.

Generate shifts

With one click, the algorithm generates the complete plan: each attendant receives the right amount of shifts, distributed fairly. The coordinator can review and edit, then export to PDF or CSV for printing and distribution.

Features

Automatic Shift Scheduling

The algorithm analyzes availability, constraints, and the number of attendants to distribute shifts fairly among all attendants. No schedule conflicts, no manual assignment: in a few seconds you have a complete plan ready to share.

Data Backup and Restore

Export and import complete event data in JSON format. Useful for archiving past events, cloning configurations, or restoring data in case of need.

Stations Map

Upload the floor plan of the hall or building and place a pin for each station. Attendants view the map from their panel and know exactly where to go for their shift.

PDF and CSV Export

Export the shift plan to a formatted PDF — ready for printing and paper distribution — or to CSV for further processing. The PDF includes attendant name, station, time, and notes.

Multi-collaborators

Invite other coordinators as collaborators with different permission levels: view only, edit attendants, or full access to the event.

Manage Constraints and Conditions

Define specific constraints for each attendant: exclude overlapping shifts, incompatible time ranges, specific stations, or entire days. The algorithm respects every condition during generation.
