Data Controller
The present site (USC-PLAN, accessible at
usc-plan.salernohub.net) is developed and managed by
Loris — SalernoHub (salernohub.net).
Data collected
USC-PLAN collects exclusively the data strictly necessary for the operation of the service:
- Admin accounts: first name, last name, email address, and password (stored in encrypted form).
- Volunteers/attendants: first name and last name, entered manually by the event coordinator. No email addresses or other personal data of volunteers are collected.
- Access logs: IP address and timestamp, kept by the web server for security purposes.
Purpose of processing
The data is used exclusively to:
- Provide the shift planning service requested by the registered user.
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, collaborator invitations).
Data retention
Account data is kept as long as the user keeps their account active. It is possible to request the deletion of the account and all associated data by contacting the controller.
User rights
In compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the user has the right to access, rectify, delete their data, or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact the controller via salernohub.net.
